TO MAKE UP
Sew up the back seam. Fold each horn shape in half and oversew the seams leaving the bottom edge open. Stuff and sew to the hat.
Using 5 strands of yarn, make 2 twisted cords 35 cm (13½ in) long. To do this, knot the 5 strands to a hook or drawer knob. Stretch them out and knot at the other end. Place a pencil in the loop and twist in one direction to make a firm cord. Knot both ends, and sew to the border at the bottom of each ear piece. ♥
